My Weekly challenges havent reset in 3 weeks.
I cant earn anything from any challenges because they're all done.

The weekly challenges don't reset, there are new lists added every week and they stay for the whole season. Could you show us a picture or screengrab of what your weekly challenges list looks like?
Edit: Apologies, I got bounties and challenges confused. You're probably looking for what the game calls spotlighted challenges. I made a guide on finding spotlight challenges that you might find useful. With the Halloween event having been happening for the last 3 weeks (And temporary free entry to the Isle of Grom/Morg) I'm pretty sure the spotlighted challenges have all been there, except for maybe some OTLs in San Van.
On Nov 3rd, the game will go back to normal.
