Battle front 2 will not launch/open

 it says processing and then restarts the EA app no error it just restarts the app I've tried many things like DirectX and Microsoft visual c+++ and none of them worked

    I fixed it I had to open it through frosty mod manager and for some reason it works now

I have been doing the same for 2 months , the issue is still the same and has been for years , EA haven’t fixed it yet still have it on, no clue who’s marked it as solution because it is not any form of a solution
