Battlefront two progress lost

After re-downloading battlefront two all my hero and class levels were as they were before however, I could not use star cards. After playing a match the hero and class levels reverted to level one and cosmetics disappeared. My profile level was also reset and all milestones as well I contacted EA support and they directed me to make a post on the forums. We tried restoring licenses through PlayStation and it seemed to work, however after starting a match all heroes and classes reverted back to level one.
