Camera stuck spinning while looking down

I've read the forums of others, and I'm seeing some people are having the same issue, but my problem is a bit complicated because the bugs goes away sometimes when I close the game and allows me to genuinely play the game for like a single match or half of a single match.

I have zero clue to how the bug even occurs because it'll just happen once I spawn in, or the one rare situation where it happened while I was alive. I don't know if it was because I pressed my shift key or not, but it's really pissing me off.

I also don't have any other devices plugged in to make this bug even happen.
