Crash and cosmetic + settings reset fix?

So everytime my game crashes, which this is ea, happens twice or three times a day, my settings get reset, and my collections menu is fully reset. I keep all my progress, but its a pain in the **bleep** to manually change it everytime.

If this helps, I'm using the EA launcher, and do not have directx 12 enabled. I also just updated all my drivers, and my windows yesterday. This issue has been going on for a couple of days.
