Error code 2,396 & 1,756

I just re downloaded the game again to play and I loaded the game up too see “oops something went wrong. Please try again” with the error code 2,396. As well as another message saying “we can’t open your inventory right now. Please restart and try again.” Error code 1,756

it happens every-time I load in. it also shows all of my previous character progression/lvls in the main menu, but when I load into a game and select any character, they’re all at level zero except it lets me use my previous upgraded cards, making it to where I can’t progress any more than I already have. 

I’m curious as if this is a permanent thing
