You're not connected, so it's not going to populate until you connect. You're saying clicking on the arrows for ping site does not do anything, yes?
I have spent hours sitting and pressing reconnect
You have to sometimes press connect not several times, but north of 20 times (not ideal). How many times in a row have you pressed connect without connecting?
You can give this a go...
- Disconnect your device from the internet while in the menu until you see the "Lost connection to EA servers" error.
- Reconnect and check the EA Account menu again.
This sometimes causes the game to rediscover the correct ping site.
Finally, and most importantly, make sure you've worked through each of the suggestions at Troubleshoot your connection to EA games. Don't skip anything. (It's a pain, I know.)
When you reply, make sure you respond to each point above.
Yes, clicking on the arrows does absolutely nothing
I have sat down pressing connect consecutively over a hundred times, and I have done that a few times
I tried to disconnect while in the menu, then reconnect, and still it did not work, and I hit the "connect again" button exactly 52 times after trying this.
I have also gone through the entire EA troubleshoot, trying every single thing at least twice, and still none of it has worked.

How did you contact EA support? Have you tried chat (available certain hours)?

I both put in support requests for the issue, and used their live chat service, and every single time, they just said that they did not know how to fix the problem, and they would refer me to whatever other service, to which I'd never hear back from
