Failed to Launch. Error on EA Side

    Got it working!

    Ok here is what I did.

    1. Uninstalled EA, an old Origin folder and the Epic Launcher of old.
    2. Made sure to run the EA App installer as an admin
    3. Installed Battlefront II
    4. Got a new error...something to the effect of "you PC doesnt have an app that can open this link"
    5. After some searching online...turns out i bought this game via EPIC years ago.
    6. Downloaded the Epic Launcher and ran the exe in Admin mode
    7. Looks like I needed both EA & Epic Launchers
    8. Ran the game and it worked.

exact same problem. its defo something on ea side with the drm. have game pass/ea play every other game works except battlefront 2, and doubt they have any interest in fixing it. i think its something to do with game pass giving access to celebration edition, but game in ea play is base.
