When you complete a team objective the characters in the servers on pc force your character to stare in one direction and no matter what you do or move your mouse you cant move, you have to respawn for it to work normal again. but does it multiple times in the game. Please fix this issue EA and update the game.

There has been a bug for several months now where the game freezes your camera angle to a certain point and the only way to fix this is to respawn. This bug is so annoying if you are playing with a hero, you lose all your points. It happens randomly in all game modes, maybe 2-3 times in a match. This bug is game breaking i dont understand how it hasnt been fixed yet
Same here, in galactic assault, every time the objective changes, the view is forcefully rotated to point at the new objective (why would you do this in a game!?). The view is then locked in that position forever. A small + shaped reticle also appears in the middle of the normal reticle, as if something is too close while aiming, or there is an object in the way of your aim. I have lost so many good characters after working for so long to gain enough battle points. It's horrible. If nothing else, just refund the battle points if manually respawning, even as a temporary measure until you find the bug (or just remove whatever code forces any view to the new objective).
It has absolutely nothing to do with overlays. Ive turned them all off and the same thing happens. The only way I've stopped it is the lagger immunity mod from NexusMods
This happens to both my son and I when we play galactic assault as well. Google suggested it could be due to stem or discord overlays, but also mentioned a "known persistent bug" and linked to this forum thread.
Yeah, definitely impacting a whole lot of people (including me) - more than likely everyone, based on additional posts here.

It is most definitely an issue impacting multiple people. Galactic Assault is bricked because every time an objective is completed, everyone in the match has their view locked to one spot. Everyone in the match then respawns and potentially loses the hero's/special units they have earned. This issue only seems to appear in Galactic Assault's game mode.
I'm shocked the forum isn't "lighting up like a Christmas tree" with how bad the state of the game is on PC currently.
This has been a bug for some time. I dont think they care anymore
