I think you are mistaking me for an EA or DICE employee.

DarthFDG  I think the general idea seems to be that if you know of some means to escalate this issue in some way, it would be a tremendous help.

The trouble is, from what I gather, it is actually something that could be easily remedied by EA or whoever is managing this. 

But it certainly needs dealing with and a LOT of people are running afoul of this. The vast majority of players running afoul of this Hack never bother to report it here in the forum. They just go away cursing EA, which may or may not be correct. I chatted with a number of them during a "No spawn session" and many said to me, there was no point because EA doesn't do anything anyway.

It is really clear that the players are very, very angry. They feel left in the lurch by EA and are furious at being held hostage by hackers. 

This needs resolving asap.

I already escalated via available channels and indicated in a prior post in this thread that EA is aware of the issue and investigating.

This has progressively getting worse as in frequency and length of time over the past several months. 

fortmacjack  Thanks for posting. Every help is appreciated. The more people playing the game that chip in and speak out, the better.

Always remind folks, being angry in chat wont solve anything. Only by coming out and telling EA what is going on, will anything change!

Should have screenshotted the last message the hacker who goes by the name of Blixx left. Apparently he's basically holding the server(s) hostage until another one of his hacker buddies stops getting stream sniped, whatever that means lol...Anyways, EA, whether or not that have abandoned this game, really needs to address. This hacker is essentially operating with impunity at the moment, however in EA's best interest they need to shut him down becasue if he can hack this server, who's to say he can't hack another if he was so inclined.
