Game wont Launch
Me and my friend had a star was kick and wanted to play a little. Seeing as I bought the game through EA years ago I thought it would just be as simple as reinstalling the game. It just won't launc...

Good on you for including the steps you've already taken.
Try disabling all overlays. (There could be multiple - NVIDIA, EA, etc.)
If that doesn't work, I suggest you attach a DXDIAG report, as someone may spot something causing your issue.
