has anyone recently restored their lost progress

I can only assume ea can only fix it, ive fully looked through my character now and I've honestly lost a **bleep** ton lowkey pissed and sad bout it

They had a massive data crash like a year ago and only a chunk of people got their progression back. Ive been fighting with EA for almost 4 months now. Ever since May 4th ive been REALLY tight.
