Community ManagerHey there, I'm sorry to hear about that. There are a couple of steps you can try to fix this:
- Make sure you have the latest software update.
- Restart your console.
- Perform a power cycle.
- Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
- Reinstall the game. If you're using an external hard drive, consider installing it on the internal drive to see if that helps.
- Clear the MAC Address.
- From the Xbox dashboard, click Settings, then go to All Settings.
- Go to Network, then Network Settings.
- Click Advanced Settings, then Alternate MAC address.
- Select Clear, then restart your Xbox.
- Delete the local saved data.
