I just logged into my EA account on my Xbox and all my Star Wars battlefront 2 progress cards, skins, voice lines, unlockables, and now some of my levels are gone. I was told to play a couple games but now the levels on the characters I have previously played are gone. I had a ton of progress in this game with many characters in the triple digits of levels. How do I get my stuff back? No one has answered this issue from what I’ve looked for.

You say this so confidently but none of those solutions work, and contacting support they just suggest those same fixes and then say to look at the forums without being able to actually fix anything. Truly hopeless. They say that a fix should come soon but it's a years old bug in a game that isn't actively developed.
I don't even care about the fact that I need to re-level my characters but the bug causes you to be permanently locked out of earning milestone cosmetics as the milestones are already marked complete with the respective cosmetics still locked.
No one has answered this issue from what I’ve looked for.
There are multiple answers and solutions provided for this issue in this forum. Here is an example and here is another. When you search, look for the ones that show "Solved".
You'll notice one of the solutions is to contact EA support directly. That's what you'll need to do, if none of the other solutions work for you.
