Hi, if you pre-ordered through Amazon and didn't get a code, or if someone got a bad code, you can you take the following steps. 

Go to https://help.ea.com/en/

Select Help with a game

Choose Star Wars Battlefront II. You may need to search for it. 

Scroll down and choose Contact Us

Choose your platform

Select Codes & Promotions

Select Invalid code or Lost Code as appropriate. 

On the next stage you'll be asked to include your Proof of purchase, so be sure to have that to hand. 

Follow the remaining steps as directed.

I'm having a nightmare here, a friend who pre-ordered the game about 5 months ago, maybe more, sent me his "Friend" code for Xbox One, tried redeeming it on the Xbox and it keeps saying check instructions, you might need to redeem it on a different web page, any ideas?

I'm getting the same. Redeemed the preorder code last night on PS4, nothing in library, no prompt but it did accept the code. Tried to redeeming it again and it just says it's already been used and then does nothing. 

I'm having the same issue. Says check instructions when trying to redeem it on the Xbox,

Can you check the store for a copy of the Beta? 

i got a star wars battlefront 2 beta code for xbox one from my friend but it doesnt tell me where i can put it in because the xbox redeem a code doesnt accept it could you help me?
