SWBF2 Progress/Reset (PS5)

I haven’t played since 2020. And when I returned all my progress was gone. (Milestones, skins, weapons, cards) I downloaded my save from the cloud and I had my skins, but my cards were rank 1. Went to play a game thinking maybe it’ll change…and my max rank turned into rank 4 with my skins, and weapons locked how do I fix this!! I contacted EA help with pics as proof, and they just gave me a link to this forum. 1) I deleted and reinstalled. 2) I deleted console data and redownload cloud data. 3) I opened another EA game and went on SWBF2 after none of these things helped this bug ruined all them years of progress I had with this game 😢
