Unable to Inialize Game

I own the game on steam, i even have EA play on my Xbox Gamepass, when i open the game on steam,  an ea menu pops up saying preparing game, however after about 3 seconds it closes and EA opens back up  and the game never starts i've tried everything, ive uninstalled and reinstalled EA done the same with steam verified the files on steam i've tried installing it from EA, and nothing seems to work.
