I just bought Jedi Survivor on Steam and when I try to open it, it opens EA App saying it's opening the game, then after 15 seconds, the game closes and I get a pop-up from EA App saying "Failed to launch game. An error on our end". The screenshot is in portuguese but the message is the one I said.
I searched everywhere on the internet, read forums, watched videos trying to fix it, and nothing worked. I tried every single solution I saw. Clearing cache from ea app, reinstalling the game, reinstalling ea app, reinstalling ea anticheat, verifying integrity of the game, disabling game overlay of both steam and ea app, disabling Windows Defender, restarting my pc with a clean boot, running everything as administrator. Literally NOTHING WORKS.
Please please please, I beg any of you, someone help me please. I just want to be able to play this game.
i have the same problem...even the tech support doesn't know what to do
