Entitlement conflicting between Steam purchase

Hey man, I have a very similar issue. I've even gone to the BBB and filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's office. I hate seeing fellow gamers get ignored by these giant corporations that treat us like trash. I'm replying to let you know you aren't alone, and I'll keep you posted when they finally start trying to resolve our issue.
