Frozen EA User Agreement

Just purchased Jedi: Survivor and I'm unable to sign the EA User Agreement. I'd describe it as "frozen" because all inputs from the controller inside the game cease to work. However, it's simple to get out of the game and close it with the controller. I've tried essentially everything. Multiple downloads, restored licenses, booting in safe mode, syncing and resyncing EA profile with Sony profile, contacted the live support. Completely broken.
