How is this game still so broken this far after release? Does EA even care?

Ok, so I understand that game development, and patching, is not something that can come with an easy fix. But your patches have broken your game. You have thousands of people that have enjoyed and are super appreciative of all of the efforts to make this game what it is. And performance issues aside (it is important, don't get me wrong) you released a patch that literally makes this game unfinishable (at least in the way iit was intended).

To cut off all communication on a fix is just bad business practice. You may not have an ETA, your team might be working around the clock to fix it, but to leave a game, in a broken state, with all your customers looking for any sort of answer about even addressing it? Is just wring. How you you think this is a good decision?

Literally, even a message that says "Thanks to everyone who has purchased and enjoyed Jedi:Surviovr so far. We realize that there is some work to do to make this game the experience we promised. We understand that in trying to improve some unforeen issues, there are now some aspects of the game that are not completeable at this time. We are working in a fix and will get back to you all soon. We will keep you updated on our progress." Is better than silence. Silence indicates you don't care.

Its is not a diificult statement to make (if it is indeed true.) Ignoring everyone who is looking for your help and insight (at this point, everyone who has purchased your game and is having issues now. IE everyone who owns it) is just bad business practice. Do you not see that? (Honestly how is silence better?) You can't think this has been the best decision.

Tell us something EA. Don't further alienate customers. Show us you care. Hello moderators! Is anyone out there?

I am also playing on a console. (PS 5) Same specs for everyone 9n this platform. Come on.... Someone dropped the ball here. I jist want to be able to be actually finish the game that I paid for, performace aside. You have sold us all a atoey without and ending. The last chapter is missng to the book that is supposed to be conplete.

I know it seems like bugs should be easy to fix and patches should release right away. Unfortunately, that's not the case. It takes time to fix and test issues and then get a patch out. When we have some news, we'll make an announcement.

If they can t fix the game ,they must not release it ,i ve paid 80 bucks and 42 days later the game is still unplayable, there is no apologizes about that ,if they have not abilties to fix their game ,do not release it in this awful state ,can you ask respawn how many weeks must i wait to play a game i ve bought ? We can see here what is wrong in vidéo games industry ,im tired of greedy editor like ea

After 43 days the game is still unplayable with tearing crashs,framerate drops ,bugs in game ,trophy bugs and it seems that for ea and respawn it s totally normal .This release is a shame and it show that some editor have no respect for players ,the way ea and respawn choose to stay silent when their game is technically awful is really bad ,i ve bought a game for nothing but for them it s normal ?i m fed up of all this editor like ea ,is it possible in 2023 for them to release a finish game i really doubt of it ,after 3 weeks with no update it s time for them to really make something to fix the game and if the studio have not abilities to fix their game to give money back to players who asking for

43 days since the release and it s always technically awful ,3 weeks without updates even its totally broken ,3 weeks where respawn and ea stay silent ,they make strictly nothing since the release to really fix their game and show absolutely no respect for the players ,this release is a shame and ea must refund players who asking for ?we want now a clear communication with a roadmap and an eta for next update ,we are players but before we are customers who paid something that is broken and we can not use and it s not normal at all its really time for ea and respawn to wake up and to stop take players for idiots

game developers say that you can't demand to play new games with 4 years old videocards.
ok ea i just spend 600 freaking bucks for an 4070 to replace my 2070 and the game is still unplayable in the open areas (below 30fps).
at least didn't pay full price for this crap ...thank god for ea play

Give out refunds for this garbage product, hasn't worked in how long, with no sign of fix incoming. There is no update, very little in the way of acknowledging there is a problem. Give people there money back. Eve if fixed this is a worse launch the cyberpunk at least have the decency to do something about

We need to start speaking with our wallets there needs to be a mass call for refunds in order to hold EA/Respawn responsible for this mess. It's been well over a month and they have barely even acknowledged it, and even that little bit of acknowledgment has been around for far to long. It will clearly never be fixed and they need to be held responsible, if you don't ask for refunds you are saying this business practice is okay. It has been worse to play at launch then cyberpunk, and should be held to the same standard.

Who is your PR rep? Do you really think no communicatiom at all is better than an honest update? Because franklly, each day that goes by makes things worse. If it is going to he awhile, then just say that. Saying nothing makes your brand look awful. Simple question. Are you working on this? Do you understand the problem? Do you have any idea (even if it is very rough) as to when people can expect a fix?
Saying something is worth more than silence. Do you giys even care? This is seriously business 101. It's been too long without a statement. ANY update is beter than none.
Let your customers know you care, what are you guys doing to make this better? Anything? Should people have to be asking 3 weeks later about a patxh for a now broken game?
Just, can you be honest for a second, and say something? Where are you at with this? What are you doing about this? Silence indicates you don't care. Do you?

45 days after the release and it is always technically horrible ,we are customers and we have paid a broken product and ea and respawn just do not care ,when you take my money for something that does not work ,it s the same thing that steal my money ,i do not want to pay 80 bucks for an alpha and i do not want to pay to be a Q.A of ea ,you must give a clear eta for the next update and you must say clearly what you are doing about all the performances issues you relly must stop tp take players for idiots
