Jedi Survivor - stuck on Jedha

So I was playing the story and I got through the storm with Merrin and reached Cere's base. After the cutscene with Cordova the game glitched and I fell through the floor and I respawned at a meditation point near the start of Jedha. The objective is still "Reach Cere's base" however I cannot progress. The original path I took on the animal which I tried to track back is now blocked and the Mantis is already at the base. Fast travel is restricted at this stage so I am stuck in Jedha with no option to progress. What is a fix to this issue as I would hate to lose all my progress like this. I am playing on PS4. Any help is appreciated.
