Do you happen to have a custom gamerpic for your Xbox profile? If so, try changing it to a default one. Also, try deleting the personal saved data for Jedi Survivor with these steps.
- Press the Guide button and then highlight the Jedi Survivor tile
- Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it
- Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data
- Delete the file with your gamertag on it

Can you try switching to a different default gamerpic?
I do not have a custom gamerpic, however I went ahead and changed it to the XBox symbol. The game crashes in roughly the same spot.
I also deleted all of the saved data, and have tried that every time I start the game.
Hi! I have done all of the troubleshooting steps from both of your posts and it is still crashing at launch.
I have even gone so far as clearing the cache on my machine a couple of different ways. First time was by holding down the power button until it powered off and beeped, unplugged for 2 minutes, and then powered it back on. Second method was by resetting the console but keeping games and apps installed.I have even went as far as going and purchasing a physical copy of the game and just reinstalled it for the third time but it continues to fail to make it past the title cards.
