Lucrehulk Core unable to dash through green blockage

I’m having same issue

all enemies are invincible and so is cal but I can’t get thru that get either. 
all of koboh is bugged to be honest

What platform are you playing on? If you're on PC, have you tried repairing the game? If you're on console, have you tried deleting and reinstalling?
