Re: I don't see my preorder rewards after I activated a preorder key code on EA App

Try to repair the game files to see if that restores access to the bonus items for you:

Troubleshoot missing Pre-Order and/or Deluxe Edition content for PC Steam:

Go to the manage DLC page of the game in Steam (on the store page) > uncheck the DLC (the Pre-Order & Deluxe Edition content) > start the game > quit the game > go re-checkmark the DLC again on the manage DLC page > launch game again.
Verify game files.
Reboot your PC and check again

Thanks for the reply, but I can only see my DLC on EA app as the first screenshot showed, but you see, I don't have any DLC on my Steam.

@EA_Pulsar Hi, did you check my latest reply? One thing I need to point out: I didn't pre-order the game on Steam, but I used a pre-order key code on EA app after the purchase on Steam, the key code worked, so EA app appears that I have the pre-order content. Steam doesn't tho, so is the game.
