Anyone else dealing with issues just trying to download the game in general and it doesn't work? Ever since I went to pre-download the game the other day, I have not been able to get it to download. It just sits there saying preparing and after like 10 minutes it times out. Anyone got a fix for this?
Also just to let the EA people know, I have cleared cache multiple times and I even uninstalled the EA app and reinstalled it to try and fix it to luck.

I've got plenty of storage available and have tried downloading it to all 3 of my storage drives as well as making sure all my drivers are up to date with no luck downloading the game. Is there an issue on the EA app with this game being downloaded? other games update and download just fine for me but Star Wars Jedi Survivor wont even attempt to download.

I have the exact same problem too and EA is not even reaching out to me when I asked for support I have nothing against them I just want to play my game that I waited for
yeah kinda gettin the feeling that EA doesnt wanna help us here with this issue. 9 hours since their last response is kinda stupid. just wanna play a game that i payed for and have been waiting play for a while now.
