Unfortunately, I cannot play my Star Wars: Survivor game that I bought from Epic Store due to the main menu loop problem I am experiencing in the game,
The game keeps returning to the main menu after the intro where it should start, I have tried many articles and solution suggestions, unfortunately I have not found a solution to the problem, I kindly ask for your help.

Yep, thanx for advice but not worked, i found another solution.
I just found a solution — deleting the global data works.
Unfortunately it didn't work, I think I'm taking firm steps towards the option to refund the game. 😔

My game was doing that at the beginning as well. Turning off motion blur helped. But the issue i have now is i cannot play the game at all anymore. I reached tannalor, and it just kicked me out. Now I can't even get back in. I un-installed and reinstalled it, nothing. Still cannot play it. Absolutely ridiculous!
I am still waiting for a solution suggestion from any user or EA technical unit official. 🙃
