Stoney Spires puzzle: no wind from third vent

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:Xbox Series X
Summarize your bug In stone spires vent puzzle, third vent is opened but is not showing wind visuals or lifting character up, making it impossible to progress to the higher area. I have attempted using mediation to fast travell away, restarting game or letting myself die, but nothing either makes the Koba reappear or the wind come from the third vent - other two vents working fine.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? go to stone spires whilst researching tanalorr on Koboh, complete first two vent puzzles. potentially wait for a while before completing third s my game was left on in the background. I am not sure if the purple koba disappeared by itself or was burned when using the beam and the wind just didn't begin
What happens when the bug occurs? no wind from third vent
What do you expect to see? vent is open, some steam visible, but no wind visually or to lift character - if you fly to the vent, character model clips through side of vent as if it is not a solid wall

Please get back to me if there is a solution found as I dont want to restart the game, I am a casual player looking for downtime and have been disappointed by this experience after waiting so long for game release delays

    Summarize your bug So I am at the mission "Research Tanalorr via the Stone Spires", at the 3rd spire puzzle, instead of using the cube to set fire to the gunk at the waterfall, I trailed a huge line through the crack in the wall that you go through, inside, to the gunk behind the waterfall. This caused me to be softlocked and whenever I put the ball for the laser, the 3rd spire wont get destroyed, its like as if it wasn't activated. I currently cannot progress the story due to this.

    Im on the same mission. I have been trying to break the crystals for the 2nd geyser. however, when I use the laser to break the crystals it doesn't activate the geyser. So I can't get the updraft I need to activate the 3rd geyser. I've tried restarting the game and restarting the console. nothing works, I'm trying to figure out a way to now break the game in order to prevent me from starting over. I'm 15 hours in, on PS5, and very frustrated.

    I was able to cheese it a bit using the second up draft.. you have to pretty much perfectly hit it and then double jump onto the front of the landing area.

    I was able to cheese it as well using the second vent. 

    Just approach it with a bit of speed and as your bat gets close the platform pull back to get a bit extra height then double jump on the platform. 

    It took a lot of trial and error to figure out one out.
