The game wont start

Okay so im trying to launch the game and after like a min it doesn't seem to start and ea app says to wait a few min try again. I looked at the forums here and did everything and doesnt work sadly.
I bought the game on the sale on steam whith the other jedi game the first game works this one doesnt seem to run
