There is a number of possibilities given you have already checked the client_resolution file
1. try a different connection method, ie display port instead of say HDMI
2. try a different video driver
3. use CRU (Link) to create an EDID override with just 3440x1440 and no aspect not supported around that resolution
- Anonymous8 years agoNo dice. CRU didn't offer 3440x1440 at 21:9 nor allow me to add it. As for different drivers, that is a LOT of digging to find one that "might" work if it even exists. As for connections, already tried HDMI and currently using display port. I suppose if neither of those work and SWTOR is the only culprit, there must be a different fix. I do however appreciate the help.

Create an override with 3440x1440 @60Hz the resolution determines the aspect ratio, what occurs is there has to be an error in the edid table listing another aspect resolution.
Create an ovveride with just 3440x1440 listed if that is the native resolution for your monitor.
Edit - add an example link with someone else with same issue and fixed with CRU

Please tell me OP found a fix, because this happens with Apex Legends as well, absolutely unplayable when crosshairs are stretched and looks like ❤️❤️❤️❤️
