Account Suspension Appeal - WubuBududu
Dear Star Wars: The Old Republic Customer Support Team,
I am writing to formally appeal the suspension of my game account. My Display Name is WubuBududu.
I was an active player in early 2023 before taking a break from the game. Recently, I was very excited to return to the galaxy far, far away, only to discover that I am unable to log in and that my account has been suspended.
I have not received any email notification about this action, so I am unaware of the specific reason for the suspension or when it was enacted.
After considering possible reasons, I believe the suspension might be related to my use of a "game accelerator" service. I am a passionate Star Wars fan playing from China. Due to the high latency and connection instability when connecting to the game servers from my region, using an accelerator is necessary for me to have a stable and playable gameplay experience.
I want to assure you that my sole intention was to reduce lag and improve my connection quality. I have never used any third-party programs for cheating, botting, exploiting, or any other activities that violate the Terms of Service. I have always strived to be a positive member of the SWTOR community.
I sincerely believe this suspension may be a misunderstanding based on my network activity. I would be extremely grateful if you could review the activity logs on my account and reconsider this suspension.
