I recently upgraded my phone and when I went to use my SW:TOR Authenticator it comes up asking for a serial number. I have no idea what this serial number is nor where to find it. Any hints? I can't login to my SW:TOR account without the Authenticator App's code.

You will need to remove the security key and re-attach it , log in with just username and password and leave the security key blank
you should see the lost key link as per the picture in this link
from there you can setup the new security key
Every time I try to login it just says "Login Failed". I wondered if I might have been been typing in the wrong password but I've tried each that I normally use and still the same result. I then went to reset my password and it won't let me because I can't enter a Security Key. So now I'm stuck not able to login to get to the page to reset security key and unable to reset password because I don't have access to the security key app.
In this case if password appears wrong and security key is wrong then the only option is to phone them to get the login sorted.
