banned for no reason
so i once bought an subscription, but after it was over and it was supposed to extend itself automatically my bank account declined it and because of that i got banned
can i somehow fixed it? i'd love to continue playing since i spent a lot of time and have paid money

Normally at the First Time this goes fast and easy, but for an repeated case it becomes a lot more difficult.
