Bought 60 day game time on SWTOR website, still preferred status.

Hey all,

I'm a returning player, I've stopped paying my subscription a while ago now. Today I decided to get myself a 60 day game time thing to get back into SWTOR. If I understand correctly I should have all the benefits of being a subscriber, but yet when I enter the game I am shown as preferred status. I've tried relogging and changing my password, but I wasn't successful. My SWTOR account is linked to Steam, but I bought the subscription directly from the SWTOR website. Pictures related.

P.S.: Just tried relinking my Steam account to my SWTOR account. Didn't work.
