Bought wrong gear with token

I got 2 tier tokens last night and bought the wrong gear by accident. I have put in an in game ticket, but haven't had a response yet. I tried giving the gear back to the vendor in hopes of him giving my token back, but instead he gave me credits. I wont see gear for another 2-3 weeks at least and would hate to see this go to waste. Can something be done?

I left out that I had augmented the gear before I knew it was wrong. (It was 12AM and Im old, so this mistake was due to being sleepy).

    That happened to me before so I feel for you! I entered an in game ticket like @Ahrngrim stated and they took care of me. It will take time during the holidays due to volume, a recent ticket took a week for them to action on when it usually is taken care of within 24 hours so be patient.

  • Respons to an Ticket will need Time, lots of bugs still and so uncommen things like hollidays,

    and they would do you an favor, so patince and good manners will be your best chance.

    To they the least it happens to all of us.
