Cannot log in – One-Time Password required but no access to email

Question

Hi, I recently&nbsp; returned&nbsp; and subscribed to SWTOR, but I’m unable to log into my account.When I try to log in, I’m asked for a One-Time Password (OTP) that is sent to my email. The problem is that I no longer have access to that email account because I forgot the password and can’t recover it.Because of this:I cannot log into my SWTOR account at allI already have an active subscription tied to this accountI would like help with:Recovering access to my SWTOR account, orChanging the email address on my account to a new one I can accessI can provide account details or billing information if needed to verify ownership.Please advise on how to proceed. Thank you.

You will need to call swtor support when the lines are open to update the email address on the account

Hi proxos666,Thanks for the reply .I tried to call the number but they did not pick up so i decided to leave and not play the game anymore and blocked the payment.I even sent an email to&nbsp; this &nbsp;mailto:support@swtor.com but still nothing.Seems they abended the game .&nbsp;&nbsp;

You need to call during the listed open hours for the phone lines

as to emailing response can be up to 48 hrs

In regards to blocking payments, just be aware this avenue can result in a ban on the linked EA account as well
