Cannot Perform Character Transfer
I tried to perform Character Transfer on my SWTOR Character
from the Bastion (PvP) to the Harbinger (PvE) today, on 3rd January, 2016.
Both the Bastion and the Harbinger are North American SWTOR servers.
The current cost, as of 3rd January, 2016, 8:52pm (GMT +08:00) for SWTOR Character Transfer is 90 Cartel Coins and I have sufficient Cartel Coins to perform the Character Transfer.
SWTOR says that my Character Transfer Request was successfully made.
However, when I checked on my Cartel Coins History, it says that my Cartel Coins were refunded to me since my Character Transfer made today (3rd January, 2016) was unsuccessful. Yet, it seems that I fulfill all requirements as stipulated by SWTOR to make a Character Transfer.
My character
has not undergone name changes.
What can I do now to resolve this character transfer problem?

For the transfer to work a character slot needs to be available
