Cannot purchase Unlimited force pack, says wrong currency

I can't seem to purchase the Unlimited Forces pack on the swtor website.
I live in the U.S., my billing address is in the U.S., therefore my currency is obviously the $, but yet it keeps telling me that "your previously selected offer does not match your billing address' local currency". The previously selected offer is done in $. 

What can I do to get this fixed?
