can you log into the ea account bossk2267 and post here as bossk2267 to be sure you are resetting the right ea account
emdhallor is my account name. Both accounts use the same email. In any case, I reset both accounts.
the linked EA account that account has the persona bossk2267 (not Emdhallor your posting on now) that EA account uses a gmail email (email is different to swtor)
