Can't abandon Ops Quest?

I recently started playing SWTOR again, and hit a DLC quest in ROTHC that won't let me progress unless in an ops group. (The Quest was Taking on Toborro)

No problem, moved on, and started a different questline. However I can't  progress in the ROTHC questline because that quest is required  but the solo missions aren't activating. 

I've tried everything I can think of to restarting game, joining a group to see if it'll let me in the area, and numerous other things.

The only thing I can't try is abandoning quest to restart it. The abandon button is greyed out and unclickable. (See attachments)

    Which part of the mission are you up to ? the entrance is down the left side of the palace

    I followed my indicator and it leads to the OPS gateway. Looked around to try to find anyway around but couldn't find anything I could click on. 

    But at least this is a helpful response. (I have been searching for an answer for 2 days and only decided to come here cause I was desperate)  I'll double check the area ASAP and let you know if it worked.

    My indicator glitched, and was only showing the OPs portal. But did more searching outside the closed entrance. Thank you for your help. I greatly appreciate it.
