Cant connect only the server with my chars

Hello! Have been away for several years. 

Today i have transfered all my characters to Dart Malgus server and apparently cant log in into server.

All other EU/NA/Asian servers are working. Have spent a lot of credits on transfers, but cant login EU-English server.. 

Tryied different networks, mobile, wifi and ethernet. No VPN/ VPN / Proxy.

 There are more than 5 hours left from char transfer request, so should be more than 1h - should be fine, but still.. The problem is only with the server my chars are transfered, other servers working fine for me
