Cant join any server
Hi,
with my "preferred" account i cant jon any server, i got a server error message and i dont know how to send a request to solve this issue.

have you purchased previously via steam
If a chargeback occurs via steam, a server ban is implemented and cant access any servers
Call swtor support when the lines are open, if it is this and first time its occurred the ban can be liftedi cant call them, im deaf-mute
Some one else can talk on your behalf as long as your there to answer questions
otherwise text to speech will be ok too
