Can't remember email and no longer have access to security key

I'm coming back from a long hiatus and I realized that I don't remember which email I used to log in to the website and I have upgraded my phone the security key app has been wiped so I can no longer...

Hi DarkMarine54,

Would you have connected another account to your EA account in the past? Like a Steam account, PSN or Xbox account?

Hi Lanna,
I don't think I have connected my account to my Steam account but I think I loaded the game up a few times through Steam.
