Character Stealth Bug + /bug and create ticket doesn't work!

Hi. I've recently returned to SW:ToR but I cannot play my old main!

My character is Rexe on The Harbinger, and I am forever stuck in stealth.

When I try to use Stealth, a red message pops up that says "You are already stealthed."
Trying to mount has the message pop up "You can't do that while stealthed."

I have tried killing and dying to mobs, killing and dying to players, and dying from fall damage. I have also tried using the Ilum teleports, translocating with a Powertech, as well as getting scanned for stealth.

The second thing is that the ingame /bug command does nothing when I type it, and trying to use the Customer Service Help Request is a bust, due to every option being faded out, I can't even click on "Create Ticket +"

I would love to play my old main again, but not being able to stealth and mount is a big deal to me, and I don't see the point of subscribing for content when I can't even play my character correctly. I can't post to the bug reports section on the forums because I need to be a subscriber, and I'm not seeing any option to contact anyone but here. This is extremely frustrating. I would love to subscribe to play more of the game.

I played a few years ago, when the only operations out were Eternity Vault and Karagga's Palace.
