Choose install location?

Hi all,

I'm on a Mac Mini M4 and have enjoyed my little time with the game thus far - but the problem is that it's taking up a little too much space on the Mac's SSD. 

I use a dock for my machine that has an extra TB SSD attached at all times and I'm hoping there's a way to change the install location to there as to save space on the actual machine? Please tell me this is possible.
