Companions locked
Hey there
I've tried the first free chapter of KOTFE but now after finishing I cannot access any of my companions, all are locked even Darth Marr, thus leaving me without companion. Anything I can do to unlock them again ?

Yes indeed for story reasons you'll loose all your main story companions once you start the KOTFE and KOTET content. You have certainly started the free chapter through a outlander level 60 character so you didn't properly lost the companions however the only way for you to retrieve them would be to reach Chapter IX and the new planet.
There may be some spoilers, click on it if you're ready.
SpoilerOnce you are there you can access your base in Odessen and you can go into the commander room:
You'll have a terminal over there which allows you to retrieve the character from your main class story. In your situation though you will have to take a subscription in order to get 8 other chapters and reach the planet.

If I understood the Promo right, you should be able to get access to your Companions outside of the KotFE Story.
So go to Fleet abandon that Quest and reset all active Phases.

But did you started the free chapter with one of your main characters ? I don't think it's suppose to happen.
Usually as I said, only a free token is suppose to give you access to the KOTFE Chapter I free trial.

Objectively as a F2P or preferred player you cannot contact the customer support In-game and they only take care of account and billing and technical issues over the phone. I truely believe that you're down the road over here, since the solution would be to take a subscription then to follow the steps I told you before in the spoiler tab.
At this stage it's up to you I guess, but you can see it that way: Once your main character reach level 60 there is not much to do end game for free players, even PVP gets quite limited.
