Completion of chapter 3

I have completely finished my chapter 3 for my smuggler but have yet to get the achievement for that completion. I have no other things to complete on that character and would like the achievement I ...

Unfortunately in order to get the achievement granted you would need to submit a ticket in-game.

    Do you have the Ilum quest in your Log, if not go to Fleet seek the Quest giver, try to talk to him, fly to Ilum.
