Have you run a repair at all yet ? see this link
the repair button cant be clicked
If using streaming signified by the letters ST on the lower left launcher the repair button is disabled and repair is by deleting the files mentioned in the first part of the link provided
the first part worked for a little bit.,it lasted for about 10 min but then it still crashed to the desktop with no error report.
