EA timecard issue
I have purchased EA time cards in the past (for SWTOR) but ever since I received my new debit card I can no longer purchase a time card.

Thats the error message I get when I try to purchase a time card from the swtor website.

To fix the account You can try to reset the password on the linked EA account that account uses the same email as used on the swtor account
use this link (insert the swtor email address into that link) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
I reset my password and I'm still getting the same error message
