Error code c11 ????

Can launch the game however the game crashes when i begin to log into my character ????

    What OS are you using and is it 64bit or 32 bit , when you did the reinstall did you try non streaming by changing to SSN ?

    directions here , note this is a new game download but the error should be gone

I have done everything instructed including reinstalling the game and it still isn't working, is there anything else we can do?

    Looks like that did the trick thank you very much. Kind of a weird solution to a strange problem but it works.
